Directions
- From A1 - leave A1 at Bedale/Northallerton (Junction 51)
- Follow signposts for Bedale taking the new bypass, then follow signs for Leyburn (A684) passing through Crakehall and Patrick Brompton.
- At the crossroads immediately after Patrick Brompton turn right towards Richmond.
- After a mile take the first turn left and follow a lane for a further mile towards Hunton.
- On entering the village just past the 30 limit signs take the first turn left signed Ratten Row.
- Colling Well Cottage is the third property on the left.
